We care about our products and they are carefully designed and produced. We will do our best to deliver our products to you in top condition. It can happen, however, that something will be damaged during transport, or that a product is not delivered to you as it should have for another reason. In that case you can claim on the guarantee. As long as your claim falls within the guarantee we will take care of a replacement product without further costs to you.
It is also possible that things aren’t going as planned or the way you are used to from us. If this does not lead to a solution then customers in the EU can submit their complaint to the ODR platform of the European Commission. You can find the ODR platform on http://ec.europa.eu/odr. As long as your complaint is not pending elsewhere you are free to submit your complaint with the European Union
Right of return
If you would like to return your product for any reason, and can claim right of return, you can contact us within 14 days after delivery on email@example.com, quoting your order number, or use the form for return. You will receive a full refund, including delivery costs, as soon as possible and at the most 14 days, after return of the product. You will receive an email from us as soon as we have made the refund. The refund will be made to the account used when placing your order unless specifically agreed otherwise. We will not refund the costs made to send your products back to us.
The right of return excludes products which are made to measure; this includes printing assignments. Therefore, any products ordered and received which fall under this exclusion cannot be returned. Standard articles which don’t need any made to measure processing are not excluded from the right to return obligations.
How can I return a product
In case you want to return your product, please send an email to: firstname.lastname@example.org stating the product name and your order number. You will receive a confirmation. Return the product within 14 days of receiving your order, undamaged and in the original packaging to King of Herrings Art Printing, preferably by registered mail (so you have evidence of having returned your product). Please include the original invoice and our returns confirmation with your package.

We deliver to all of Europe (?? Norway? Switzerland etc??). When adding a product to your shopping cart, choose the country you wish your product to be delivered to and the shipping costs will be calculated automatically.
When can I expect my order to arrive?
Our products are manufactured on demand and delivered within 1-5 business days, depending on the destination, through our delivery partners GLS and DHL. You will receive a Track & Trace number by mail, which allows you to track your order. Here you can find the delivery times for your country.
